Our spice mills are really three mills in one and function equally well as a pepper mill, salt mill or spice mill.

Great care and craftsmanship go into each of our hand crafted wood pepper mills (spice mills). Each piece is individually turned using only the finest domestic and exotic hardwoods, and hand buffed to a soft sheen using the best quality earth friendly wood finishes.

To complement this uncompromised quality, we only use authentic CrushGrind® ceramic mechanisms in all of our hand turned mills. CrushGrind® revolutionized the grinding business by introducing a unique ceramic mechanism, designed to grind not only pepper but also dry salt, and most dried spices. The heart of the mechanism is its harder than steel ceramic cone and crown. Well designed, reliable, durable, easy to adjust … we believe that they are simply the best grinding mechanisms available today!

The perfect complement to our handmade artisan pepper mills, we also hand blend three delicious and unique peppercorn mixes.  These fragrant and flavourful blends add a complex and multi-layered flavour to any dish.

• Trio Blend Peppercorns are a delightful mix of black, white and pink peppercorns. A rich fragrance and even flavour with a touch of heat and a hint of sweet, this Trio blend adds nice colour and is a wonderful choice for every day use.
• Silhouette Blend Peppercorns are distinctive mix of black and white  peppercorns. With a robust fragrance and strong flavour, this Silhouette blend adds a rich taste and is terrific where a deeper peppery flavour is desired.
• Special Blend Peppercorns are a unique  mix of black, white and pink peppercorns, along with chili peppers, garlic, onion and rosemary. A beautiful multi-layered flavour, and rich aroma, this special blend adds a splash of colour and texture to any meal.
