Artisan Spice Mills

Mapleseed Gallery Handmade Artisan Spice Mills is now Spicemills.ca

spicemills.ca - handturned artisan spice mills by Irwin SeidmanWe are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2012, Irwin Seidman’s handmade artisan spice mills previously sold through Mapleseed Gallery will be relaunched under our new dedicated Spicemills.ca brand.

Our commitment to outstanding product and service remains unchanged and we are proud to add Spicemills.ca to the Mapleseed family.  We believe that the new www.Spicemills.ca domain will allow us to deliver a stronger focus on our handcrafted artisan spice mills and other related products and are excited about the new branding opportunities this presents.

Here’s why we’ve made this change: In 2002 Mapleseed Gallery started as an online portfolio gallery displaying original interpretive and semi abstract paintings by Susan Seidman, and original artistic woodturnings by Irwin Seidman. While continuing to profile these works, it had evolved in recent years to include several additional products and educational components. We remain very proud of our accomplishments with Mapleseed, and in late 2011 felt that it was time to return it to its earlier roots as an online art portfolio. We believe this will allow us to deliver a better customer experience through more meaningful webspaces for all of our products. As part of this reorganization, our artisan spice mills are now being relaunched under the Spicemills.ca brand, and later this year our woodturning workshops and courses will be relaunched under the Learn To Turn brand.
